Full Communications Program Description
In 2017, Shorett was contracted by the School District No. 1 Health & Welfare Trust in Portland, Oregon to design, implement and manage a full benefits communication program for their approximately 5,500 members who are employed by the Portland Public Schools and represented by one of four different bargaining units. Shorett successfully designed and implemented the program within 12 months – and continues to manage the program with monthly emails and blog posts, social media management, text messaging, infographics, videos, open enrollment communications, website management and more.
